Nick has a strong track record in facilitating strategy development and major transformation projects initially with Fortune 500 consulting firm Accenture working with world leading companies on the ASX, LSE and NYSE stock exchange (BHP, Chevron, Shell, South32, Bankwest). As a result of his work with BHP, the world’s largest mining company, he was approached directly to provide consulting and strategy expertise on their major transformation programs across a global portfolio.

With a background in Organisational Psychology, he enjoys applying his knowledge of human behaviour to transformation, strategy, major projects and culture change. He has travelled globally to deliver breakthrough conversations drawing on deep expertise in facilitation, agile delivery, and human centred design.

He currently holds the position of Business Transformation Manager, on the leadership team at Covalent Lithium. HIs responsibilities include designing the target operating model and operationalising the business strategy. Aside from Nick’s professional experience Nick has served on many NFP boards as both Chairperson, President, Strategy & Innovation Direction and Vice President. Nick’s technical expertise and experience in embedding strategy provides a valuable resource on the Collective Hope board.
